Refund policy

At Alority, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not, we offer a 30-day return policy. Please read the following details for a full explanation of how returns, exchanges, and refunds work.

Returns
You have 30 days from the day you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The product should be in its original packaging with tags still attached.
  • You must have your receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@alority.com. Once your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label with instructions on how and where to send your package.

Note: Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees and taxes unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue. Here’s how we handle such cases:

  • Full Refund or Replacement: For items that are badly damaged or defective.
  • Partial Refund or Replacement: For items that are partially damaged.

Note: If damage occurs due to packaging issues during international shipping, we are unable to offer refunds or replacements. We advise inspecting the package and reporting visible damage immediately.

Order Cancellation
Once your order has been processed and shipped, it can no longer be canceled. Please ensure that you review your order carefully before completing the checkout process.

If you need to make any changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@alority.com. We will do our best to accommodate any changes, but once the order is processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Non-returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable Goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom or Personalized Items
  • Personal Care Products (e.g., beauty items)
  • Hazardous Materials, flammable liquids, or gases (unless faulty)
  • Additionally, sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

Additional Non-returnable Items
In addition to the above, we do not accept returns on:

  • Downloadable software products
  • Health and personal care items
  • Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records

Note: Items returned after 30 days from delivery, or those that are not in their original condition (damaged or missing parts not due to our error), are not eligible for returns.

Exchanges
We do not process exchanges directly. To exchange an item, please initiate a return for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund after the stated processing time, please:

  • Check your bank account again.
  • Contact your credit card company, processing times can vary.
  • Reach out to your bank, sometimes there’s a delay in posting refunds.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items are non-returnable and cannot be refunded.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will refund the gift giver, and they will be notified of the return.

Shipping
To return your product, please contact us at support@alority.com for the return address.

You will be responsible for shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and if a refund is approved, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Note: The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location. International customers are responsible for any additional duties, taxes, or customs charges.

Cooling-Off Period (EU & UK)
If your purchase is being shipped to the UK or European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days for any reason, without needing to provide justification. The item must be returned in its original condition (unused, unworn, with tags and packaging).
