Shipping policy

SHIPPING TIME

  • All orders are processed within 24-72 hours.
  • Orders can be expected to arrive within 7-15 business days.

LOST/MISSING PACKAGES

  • Incorrect Address: Alority is not liable for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping addresses are correct before processing your order. If we make an error, we will take full responsibility and correct the order at no charge to you.
  • Lost or Missing Packages: Alority is not liable for lost or missing packages. We professionally package and dispatch all orders within 1-3 business days, but once the package is with the carrier, we cannot control the transit process.
  • Unclaimed Packages: Sometimes, orders may be waiting for collection at your local post office due to incomplete addresses, unclaimed packages, or no such number. We recommend contacting your local post office or visiting them directly to resolve the issue.

DAMAGED PRODUCTS

  • Badly Damaged Items: For products that are badly damaged, we offer a full refund or a replacement.
  • Partially Damaged Items: For products that are partially damaged, we offer a partial refund or a replacement.
  • International Shipping Damage: For products damaged during long-distance international transit (e.g., broken boxes), we are unable to offer any refunds or after-sales services.

DELAYED ORDERS
Orders shipped are considered delayed only after 45 days from the date of shipment.

INCORRECT OR MISSING PRODUCTS

  • Incorrect Products: If the wrong product is shipped, we offer a full refund or a replacement.
  • Missing Products: We will check our database records to confirm the missing item. If confirmed, we will resend the missing product.
  • Wrong Color, Size, or Shape: For products with the wrong color, size, or shape that don’t affect the function, we offer compensation or a replacement once you provide a screenshot of the product parameters and photos. It will also help us if you can provide measurement results using the correct method.

Missing Parts:

If missing parts do not affect the product’s function, we will offer a partial refund or resend the missing part.

If missing parts affect the function, we will resend the entire product.

ORDER CANCELLATION
Once the order has been processed and shipped, it can no longer be canceled. Please make sure to review your order carefully before completing the checkout process.

CUSTOMS
We are not responsible for any custom fees that may arise once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may incur customs fees upon arrival in your country.
